“My Neighbour Muslim in Chiba City” is back again after the success of its first event last December. This year will take place in Ramadan due to start on 2 April at Chiba Islamic Cultural Center (CICC).

“My Neighbour Muslim in Chiba City” is a social gathering event to encourage people in Japan to interact with international Muslims living in Chiba. The 2nd event will be an international get-together in iftar* during the month of Ramadan (fasting month for Muslims).
^{*Iftar: the meal taken by Muslims at sunset to break the daily fast during Ramadan.}

The event is FREE of charge, expecting about 80 foreign Muslims to join (including men and women) who mainly lives in Chiba City and its suburbs. You are welcome to join with your family and friends. Participants can enjoy Turkish food on 10 April and Indonesian food on 17 April while having a casual and nice time together.

Venue: Chiba Islamic Cultural Centre, Seminar Room 4F (1-minute walk from JR Nishi-Chiba Station)
Admission: Free (and free meals provided)
Capacity: 20 people each day (participants will be invited to a different date if full)
