Career Diversity Inc., a leading recruiter of foreign/international human resources, formed a business alliance with Japan Career Days with the aim of “enabling more Indonesian students to build their careers in Japan”.

Japan Career Days
In recent years, many Japanese companies expanded into Southeast Asia in search of talented individuals. Among them is Indonesia’s top national science and technology university, Bandung Institute of Technology, ranked first in the science and third in the overall category in Indonesia’s 2020 university rankings.
Its alumni include Indonesia’s first president, Sukarno, and numerous politicians, business and cultural figures.

“Japan Career Days” was created in 2019 as a separate department for Japanese companies from the university’s career centre as recruitment activities becoming increasingly fierce.
